Travel Tuesdays: Carnival Towel Animals

The monkey hanging from our cabin ceiling
Each evening after dinner we would enter our room to a surprise animal creation made from folded towels. After hearing other cruisers laughing how they had the infamous hanging monkey, I wanted to see it for myself. I presented the request to our cabin steward, and he did a fabulous job.

Below are the other animals our cabin steward created for us. By the way, the cabin stewards take classes on how to fold the towels into animals. The day before we arrived back into Charleston a class was offered to cruisers to learn as well.

Still not sure of what animal this is. What do you think?
An alligator or is it a shark?

A stingray wearing Clemson glasses.

The elephant wearing our mom's sun glasses.

If you have been on a Carnival cruise, which animal did you enjoy the most? Comment below.

Travel Tuesdays: A Look Through Photos During Our 7-Night Cruise

The Lido deck coming to life.
Although I'm sick as I'm typing this blog post, I still feel rejuvenated from the 7 night cruise to The Bahamas & The Grand Turks. My sister, mom, and I cruised on the Carnival Fantasy out of the Charleston, SC port.

If you have have never taken a cruise, you need to RUN--SPRINT to a vacation cruise website or talk to a travel agent NOW. Over the next several weeks we will post pictures from our cruise. However, they will not be on consecutive Travel Tuesdays. We have a few guest bloggers contributing to our blog site about upcoming Holiday travel tips, as well.

Here are a few of the breath taking cruise pictures below.
